Young Race Marathon
A race dedicated to young people!
The Mont Blanc Marathon course will be the scene of a race dedicated to young people.
A 15km race following the finish of the 42km Mont-Blanc Marathon will be held on Sunday, June 30, 2024.
Starting at 10:30 a.m. from Montroc, the race will finish in the heart of Chamonix on the Place du Triangle de l'Amitié.
As the start is in Montroc, we strongly encourage you to travel to the start by train (free on presentation of your guest card).

Delivery of race numbers
Bib number collection at Place du Mont-Blanc by appointment only:
- Thursday June 27 by appointment
- Friday June 28 by appointment
- Saturday June 29 by appointment
Participants will only be able to pick up their race numbers during the time slot they have chosen. No bibs will be issued to runners outside their time slot. For the Young Race Marathon race number collection, runners must present their photo ID and race bag, including all compulsory equipment for the timing chip and equipment check. Race numbers will not be issued to runners who fail to present their race bag and equipment.
No race numbers will be issued on Sunday morning before the start of the race.
Compulsory equipment
- Cell phone.
- Minimum 0.50-liter water supply.
- Waterproof jacket with hood (gore-tex type) adapted to your size.
- Survival blanket.
- Whistle.
- Tumbler.
Recommended equipment depending on weather conditions
- Cap.
- Tights.
- Gloves.
- Bowl + spoon.
