New for 2026: Valley residents in the spotlight!

After the 40% of race numbers reserved for runners coming by train or bus, we're going one step further this year with a measure dedicated to locals.

Why do we do this?
Because the participation of Chamonix Valley residents has almost zero carbon impact when it comes to taking part in the races. It's important for us to make it easier for them to access this event, which is taking place in their own backyard.

What concrete action?
10% of race numbers will be reserved for residents of the Communauté de Communes de la Vallée de Chamonix (Servoz, Les Houches, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, Vallorcine) who come by public transport (train, bus), on foot or by bike.
Registration without going through the draw for the Duo Étoilé, 90 km, 42 km and 23 km. First come = first served.

Terms and conditions:
- Main residence within the Communauté de Communes de la Vallée de Chamonix.
-> Proof of address to be provided when registering.

- Coming by train, bus, foot or bike
-> Via Cham card with a validity date that covers the event to be downloaded when registering.

- In the event of non-delivery or proven fraud, registration will be cancelled without refund.

In 2026, 50% of race numbers will be allocated to runners coming by public transport, without going through the draw.
