Logbook - Malo Camus

At the age of 32, this Breton discovered running during confinement. Then a cruciate ligament rupture changed all that. Ten months of rehabilitation later, he signed up for his first trail. He found what he was looking for without knowing it: nature, autonomy, the absence of pressure.

💬 "I run when I feel like running, the performance will be whatever my body allows me to do."

When he signed up for the 42km Mont Blanc Marathon in 2025, he wanted to take his logic to its logical conclusion. Sensitive to environmental issues, he immediately embraced the train/bus measure. Then he pushed his thinking further: "I said to myself that if we were going to push the process all the way, I'd have to cycle to the event so that my carbon footprint would be as low as possible."

Her journey becomes an adventure in itself.

💬"It taught me that you have to believe in yourself and that when you have an idea or a project, you have to do everything you can to make it a reality and above all not let yourself be impressed by fear because there are solutions for everything."

He arrived safely in Chamonix, took the start of the 42 km and crossed the finish line, concluding this incredible adventure.
